Home of the Hatley Tigers!!

Grab your Hat, and Read with the Cat!

Hatley Elementary (K-5th) will be Celebrating Dr. Seuss and Read Across America February 26th – March 2rd.  Each year, schools across the country celebrate Read Across America Week during Dr. Seuss’ birthday week.  This year the AR Committee has planned several fun educational activities to celebrate Dr. Seuss!

    1.     Dress up - Each day we will have a theme to correspond to a Dr. Seuss book title.  Students may dress according to each day’s theme.  Be creative, follow the dress code, and have fun!  Last year teachers purchased a Dr. Seuss t-shirt to wear on Thursday.  Casey Hass is getting ideas for the teacher shirt.
