Jessica Swindle will be in the Miss Mississippi pageant this summer. She is studying Meteorology at MSU. Her platform is Severe Weather Preparedness. Some things she discussed with 4th grade students were the difference in tornado watches and tornado warning, what all they need to put in their severe weather kits,and when to prepare it.

Tuesday, May 3rd-ALC Art Show 5:30 p.m. and Honor Societies' Induction Ceremony at 6:00 p.m. in the ALC Auditorium

The Hatley Bass Fishing Team is selling Mr. Charlie plates for $10.00. You may either choose from pulled pork, smoked chicken, or smoked pork chop. Tickets may be purchased from Mrs. Ballard or any fishing team member. Plates may be picked up on May 12 at Meadowood Baptist Church.
